Mentoring is needed when it comes to sustaining behavioral change.

You can send people all you want to trainings, if you do not follow up, the newly acquired knowledge will not stick.

That's where I can help. By mentoring selected key people in your organization, I do ensure that the newly sought after skills and attidues are put in place in a durable fashion.

The best way to proceed is to use a booster-stage where I work closely with the mentees and a longer term where I do work with them on-line over the Internet.
